Set includes as picture, for 2 rims.
Please note, these will need to be fitted to rims that have not been built into wheels as the main decal is solid with a hole for the spoke eyelet. I have however successfully split these with a pair of scissors and joined them around the spoke eyelet, but this does need more care.
