Classic Whitcomb decals. From the school of Harry Quinn, not a huge amount is known about Bill Whitcomb, based on fact anyway. Many rumours abound on the internet. Basically Bill spent most of his career working with other frame builders, or building for local bike shop's, but built some classy frames in his own name.
Not to be confused with London builder Barrie Witcomb!
Set includes: 2 x down tube (160 x 20 mm), 2 x seat tube (164x 30 mm), 2 x forks (90 x 16 mm), 1 x headbadge (30 x 45 mm). Many frames were built in 531, and this set comes with replica tubing decal.
